SOCIAL COMPLIANCE
Stimatex only works with suppliers which warrant goods manufacturing and processing in compliance with the statutory provisions applicable in the producer state in particular the ban on child labour.
The working conditions and working hours should be in accordance to the social compliance (obstruction-free escape routes, adequately clean sanitary equipment and bathrooms etc.).
We regularly run audits to verify the adherence.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Inline Inspection
First finished products are checked against buyer's specification and prototype sample. Deviations are identified and brought out for correction.
During Production Check
Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the average quality standard of production runs.
Final inspection
Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. Final random inspection is performed according to International Inspection Standards.
The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as design / style, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.
